(1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on October 01, 2024 to September 30, 2027 (2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. (3) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the work days of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. (6) ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AVAILABLE. Use bookkeeping software and law firm software, spreadsheets, and database. Prepare client's billing into appropriate law firm software. Enter financial transactions into the appropriate computer software. Receive and record cash, checks, and other applicable payments. Record income and expenses into proper account. Prepare reports such as balance sheets, income statements and other related financial reports. Check for accuracy in figures, postings and reports. Reconcile and report any differences in the record. Experience in service related to payroll such as writing checks and submitting payroll taxes. Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computation. Schedule client's appointment. Take and create client in take and record all necessary detail into the Law Office software. Monitor and maintain clients time record, meeting time with lawyers, record court fees and costs. Maintain the confidentiality of a client's financial records. Coordinate with process server all documents that need to be filed, recorded or paid. Check and distribute mails and court correspondence. Assist legal secretary and lawyers on filing client's documents into the appropriate filing system. Assist lawyers in producing copies, duplication of documents for clients. Prepare and maintain library of cases and financial documents for safe keeping. Maintain office supplies requisition and purchases.
